What you get after logging in
About Login
Logging into 9wkts takes just a few seconds. Simply enter your registered username or email along with your password. You can also sign in using OTP — a handy option for anyone who'd rather not remember a password or just wants to get in quickly.
9wkts supports login through both mobile browsers and a dedicated app. Once logged in on the app, the "Remember Me" option lets you sign in automatically next time. Keeping the user experience simple and hassle-free is a core goal at 9wkts.
9wkts never compromises on security. Every login session is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. If a login attempt is detected from a new device or an unusual location, OTP verification is automatically required — keeping your account safe from unauthorized access.
Too many incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account — this is a security measure. To unlock it, reset your password or contact Support.
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link to receive a reset link by email. If the issue persists, Help Centre Contact us.
9wkts will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or by email. If anyone claims to be a 9wkts representative and requests this information, it is a scam — do not share anything, and contact support immediately.
Secure Login
Create a password with at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using your date of birth or name as your password.
With two-factor verification enabled, no one can access your account even if they know your password. Turn it on from your account settings.
If you log in from a cyber café or someone else's phone, always log out when you're done and never use the "Remember me" option.
Changing your password every 3–6 months is a good habit. Using the same password year after year puts your account at risk.
If you notice an unfamiliar login or transaction, change your password immediately and notify Support. Delays can make things worse.
Don't trust a message just because it mentions 9wkts. Always go directly to 9wkts.my by typing it into your browser. Never click suspicious links in emails.
